Alignment: Holding Joy and Grief at the Same Time

By Dr. Nakia Davis | Strength In Her | Sacred Bloom Journal Series

Week 3 of December sits right in the middle of it all — the lights, the gatherings, the memories, the expectations… and the quiet moments where emotions sneak up on you without permission.

Alignment this week is not about choosing joy over grief.

It’s about allowing both to exist without guilt.
