On Purpose: The Rogue Report: Release the Old to Refill Your Cup

July 7, 2026: Edition 1: R – Release the Old to Refill Your Cup

Welcome to the very first edition of The Rogue Report.

If you’re reading this, consider it your official invitation to stop trying to fit in. You were never created for that. You were called to stand out.

This month, we’re doing something different. We aren’t talking about surface-level self-care or temporary motivation. We’re talking about transformation.

We’re Going Rogue.

Going rogue doesn’t mean becoming rebellious, rude, or selfish. It means refusing to live beneath the purpose God has placed inside of you. It means choosing obedience over approval, purpose over comfort, and calling over fear.

Most of all, it means recognizing one powerful truth:

You cannot continue pouring from an empty cup.

This is your season to pour intentionally back into yourself.

It’s Not Rebellion. It’s Revelation.

Every transformation begins with one decision.

Release.

The first step in our Rogue Roadmap isn’t doing more—it’s letting go.

How many of us are still carrying expectations that no longer belong to us?

Old habits.

Old disappointments.

People-pleasing.

The exhausting need to prove our worth.

Many of us spend so much energy making everyone else comfortable that we slowly disappear ourselves. We shrink our personalities, silence our dreams, ignore our boundaries, and remain loyal to seasons we’ve already outgrown.

But growth requires space.

And space requires release.

As I continue walking this journey myself, I’ve adopted a new declaration:

“I’m no longer shrinking to fit. I’m stepping fully into God’s assignment for me.”

True self-care begins the moment you stop apologizing for protecting your peace.

Release the need for external validation.

Release the guilt attached to saying “no.”

Release the pressure to be everything for everyone.

When you let go of what continually drains you, you finally create room for God to refill you.

This isn’t the season for surviving.

This is the season for alignment, restoration, and elevation.

The Rogue Ritual: Honor Your Temple 🌿

One of the greatest acts of going rogue is choosing to honor the body God entrusted to you.

Self-care isn’t vanity.

It’s stewardship.

Pouring back into yourself requires intentional care of your mind, body, and spirit. It means creating daily rituals that remind you your wellness matters too.

If you’ve been looking for permission to upgrade your self-care routine, consider this your confirmation.

Wash away the weight of the day.

Slow down.

Breathe deeply.

Reconnect with yourself.

Our Strength In Her Holistic Wellness Collection was created to support those sacred moments of restoration. Thoughtfully crafted with naturally inspired ingredients to complement your body’s natural balance, confidence, and wellness, every product is designed to transform an ordinary shower into a meaningful ritual of renewal.

Because when you honor your temple, you’re preparing yourself to walk boldly in your purpose.

Your Rogue Reflection for the Week

Pause before rushing into another busy week.

Ask yourself:

What am I holding onto that is quietly costing me my peace?

What do I need to release today so I can fully embrace where God is leading me tomorrow?

Sometimes the greatest act of courage isn’t adding something new.

Sometimes it’s finally letting something old go.

Release it.

Refill your cup.

Walk boldly.

Until next week’s Rogue Report…

Release with courage.
Obey with faith.
Grow with intention.
Walk in power.
Evolve on purpose.

Be great on purpose.
