  • Scattered & Anxious → Grounding
    Place your feet on the grass, the floor, or wrap yourself in a weighted blanket.
  • Heavy & Stuck → Movement
    Take a 10-minute walk or allow your body to stretch intuitively.
  • Drained & Resentful → Boundaries
    Silence notifications. Say “no” to one unnecessary demand today.
  • Disconnected → Presence
    Eat one meal without distractions. No phone. No multitasking.

These small practices are not fixes—they are returns.

Re-centering doesn’t require a full reset of your life.

It requires listening to what your energy is communicating and responding with care.

Alignment isn’t about pushing through discomfort.

It’s about noticing sooner and choosing to come back to yourself gently.
